Dr. Eildar Abyar is a highly accomplished orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, joint preservation, and advanced regenerative therapies. As the founder of Orthoify Orthopedics in San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Abyar delivers cutting-edge surgical and non-surgical solutions for patients of all activity levels – from elite athletes to active individuals seeking to return to peak performance.
With extensive fellowship training in both Sports Medicine and Foot & Ankle Surgery at world-renowned institutions, Dr. Abyar offers expertise in MAKO® robotic-assisted knee replacement, ACL reconstruction, cartilage restoration (ACI/MACI), complex joint repair, and biologic injections including PRP, stem cell therapy, BMAC, Wharton’s Jelly, and exosomes.
